Before you write

  • Apps aren’t being shielded? Make sure Screen Time permission was granted by a parent through Family Sharing, and that the apps are selected in Sprigtime’s app list.
  • Balance looks wrong? Open the ledger — every minute earned, spent, borrowed or adjusted is listed there.
  • Joining the beta? Request an invite on the beta page. Invites arrive by email with a TestFlight link.
  • Common questions are answered in our FAQ.
